Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems with accuracy.
Verify, correct, and maintain data integrity and consistency.
Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before entry.
Prepare and organize files for data entry and ensure proper documentation.
Generate reports and perform data backups as required.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.
Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Typist, or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and data management systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to type quickly and accurately (minimum typing speed preferred: 35–40 wpm).
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or data management certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
