Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, or systems with high accuracy.
• Review, verify, and correct data for errors or inconsistencies.
• Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation.
• Retrieve data as requested and generate reports as needed.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Communicate with other departments to collect or verify required information.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with data protection guidelines.
• Assist in general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or IT are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
• Fast typing skills with a typing speed of at least 40-50 words per minute.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of databases and administrative procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP software, or cloud-based data platforms.
• Prior experience in a similar industry (e.g., property valuation, real estate, banking, etc.).
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently without loss of accuracy.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment or remote setup depending on the company policy.
• May require extended hours during peak data cycles.

Compensation:

Based on experience and skills; may include performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
