Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Entry Operator. The role involves managing administrative tasks, entering and verifying data, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry into systems and databases.
Handle administrative tasks including document management and clerical duties.
Operate standard office equipment such as scanners, printers, and fax machines.
Review data for errors, correct inconsistencies, and maintain data integrity.
Generate and manage reports as required.
Ensure proper spelling, grammar, and formatting in all records.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Office Clerk, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and data management tools.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks.
Familiarity with general administrative duties.

Education

UG: Graduate in any discipline.
PG: Postgraduate (preferred, not mandatory).
