Job Title: Tender Data Executive / Data Entry Operator Location: Saket, New Delhi (On-site) Job Description We are a small office based in Saket looking for a reliable Tender Data Executive who can manage government tender information on a daily basis. The role involves downloading tenders from various government websites, updating records in Excel, and handling PDF/Word documents. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit specified government tender portals/websites daily and search for tenders relevant to our business. Download tender documents, notices and related files (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.). Enter and categorise tender details (department, location, value, dates, category, status, etc.) in Excel in a structured manner. Update the Excel database every day with new tenders, corrigenda, extensions and important changes. Maintain an organised folder structure for all tender-related documents. Use PDF tools to: Merge multiple PDFs Split or extract pages Convert between PDF/Word/Excel where required Prepare simple Word documents and basic tender summaries as instructed. Share daily/weekly tender reports with management and highlight urgent deadlines. Ensure accuracy, completeness and confidentiality of all data. Skills & QualificationsGood working knowledge of MS Excel (filters, sorting, basic formulas, formatting). Comfortable with PDF tools (merge, split, convert, compress, etc.). Basic skills in MS Word (letters, formatting, simple tables). Good typing speed and high attention to detail. Ability to work independently and follow a fixed daily process. Prior experience with government tender portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.) is an advantage. Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate with good computer skills. Personal QualitiesHonest, disciplined and punctual. Comfortable working in a small office environment in Saket. Willing to learn and follow instructions carefully.
