The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems. Verify accuracy and completeness of data before entering. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is filed properly. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry clerk, typist, or relevant administrative role. Fast typing skills (preferably 40+ WPM). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions: Standard office environment. May require prolonged periods of sitting and data entry. Flexible hours may be available depending on workload and deadlines. Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM
