Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Operator located in Dhanbad. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering data into databases, maintaining and updating records, verifying the accuracy of information, and preparing reports. The role also includes performing regular administrative assistance tasks, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the customer service team as needed. Qualifications Accountable approach while taking responsibility of the domain Proficient typing skills Strong computer literacy skills, including familiarity with various software applications Experience in administrative assistance Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and accuracy Organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus Show more Show less
