Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join M.R. Morarka Foundation at Sitapura, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 6–24 months of experience in data management and will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining project-related data. The role requires strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and removing duplicacy) along with the ability to generate reports. The Data Entry Operator will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supporting project documentation, and assisting the team with timely reporting.

Duties

Input and update data into databases with a high level of accuracy.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and manage large datasets.
Managing project data and ensuring accuracy.
Identifying and removing duplicate entries.
Creating reports using Pivot Tables.
Applying Excel formulas for data analysis.
Maintaining records and documentation.
Provide administrative support as needed, contributing to overall office efficiency.

Experience

6–24 months of proven experience as Data Entry Operator or in similar roles.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
Ability to manage large volumes of project data with accuracy.
Experience in data cleaning, removing duplicacy, and maintaining records.
Good typing speed with attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Prior experience in administrative/data management roles will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50.00 - ₹60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Work Location: In person
