Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and control all QMS-related documentation (procedures, formats, records, manuals, etc.) as per ISO 9001 standards.
Ensure proper revision control and the issuance of the latest document versions.
Prepare and update formats for in-process inspection, final inspection, and calibration records.
Support internal and external audits by preparing and organizing evidence records.
Coordinate with departments (Production, QC, Purchase, Dispatch) for timely record submission.
Maintain electronic and physical document filing in a traceable manner.
Assist in the preparation of Management Review Meeting data and NCR reports.
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma (Mechanical or any discipline)
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 system documentation.
Good skills in MS Excel, Word, and PDF.
Experience with manufacturing documentation will be an added advantage.
