DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office applications.

Duties

• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage order entry processes and ensure timely processing of orders.
• Maintain and update databases with relevant information.
• Conduct data collection and verification to ensure data integrity.
• Assist in clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Utilize Excel and other software applications to analyze data as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate data handling.
• Familiarity with databases and data management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
