Key Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry of production and quality records
• Maintain daily inward and outward register for all vehicles (trucks, tempos, etc.)
• Record all goods/materials entering and exiting the factory
• Assist in gate entry documentation and factory-level data logs
• Maintain labour attendance records, including in/out timing and daily headcount
• Track overtime hours, shift-wise strength, and maintain registers accordingly
• Assist in preparing daily and monthly MIS reports as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all registers and documents
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all data maintained

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
• Experience in maintaining labour attendance, vehicle records, and factory registers
• Good typing speed with accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer use
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage records indep

Pay: ₹12,594.16 - ₹18,000.00 per month
