Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Registrar in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Apollo Cradle in New Delhi. The Senior Registrar will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to obstetric and gynecological care, including patient consultations, medical examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical procedures. Qualifications MBBS, MD/MS/DNB in Obs & Gynae Strong medical knowledge in Obstetrics & Gynaecology Experience in patient consultations, medical examinations, and treatment planning Proficiency in performing surgical procedures, if required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Valid medical license and board certification Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Medical degree from a recognized institution

Job Summary: The OPD Staff Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients visiting the outpatient department. She/he is responsible for patient assessment, assistance to consultants, administration of medications/injections, maintaining patient records, and ensuring smooth operations within the OPD. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Receive and prepare patients for consultation or minor procedures. Check vital signs and document appropriately. Assist doctors during OPD procedures and consultations. Administer medications, injections, and dressings as per doctors orders. Clinical Duties: Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control practices. Ensure availability and proper functioning of medical equipment in OPD. Collect samples and ensure timely dispatch to the lab. Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Enter nursing notes and treatment details in OPD registers or EHR (if applicable). Ensure documentation of medications administered, procedures done, and nursing care given. Communication: Provide necessary patient education regarding treatment and medications. Coordinate with diagnostic departments and other clinical staff for patient care. Escalate any patient care concerns to the doctor or nurse in charge. Emergency Response: Provide immediate care in case of any emergency in the OPD. Assist in CPR or emergency protocols when needed. Qualifications: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution. Must be registered with the State Nursing Council (e.g., KNC). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in OPD or clinical settings preferred. Skills Required: Good clinical and patient-handling skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
