We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, accuracy in typing, and the ability to maintain data confidentiality. This role is ideal for fresh postgraduates looking to start their career in administration or back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and organize confidential information securely.
• Generate and maintain daily/weekly reports as required.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.
• Perform basic administrative duties related to data management.

Required Qualifications:

• Post Graduate (any discipline) — Fresher can apply.
• Laptop is mandatory for work.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of data management systems.
• Ability to handle large volumes of information efficiently.
