Position: Data Entry Operator (DEO)
Department: B2C Forward Operations
Role Summary
The DEO will support B2C forward operations by handling data entry, order updates, and checking
CCTV footage for item scanning and packing to ensure accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update order details, dispatch records, and daily reports.
Check CCTV footage for item scanning and packing to confirm correct process.
Identify any mistakes in packing or missing items and report them.
Coordinate with the warehouse team, store team, and courier partners for discrepancies.
Maintain Excel trackers and documentation.
Ensure that all forward operations follow company SOPs.
Skills Required
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to observe CCTV footage carefully.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
12th pass or Graduate.
Experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
