We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing customer data, internal processes, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Data Management: Enter and update new customer data, follow-up information, and customer feedback.
2. Internal Process Management: Record and track internal processes, working times, efficiency, and resource utilization (number of workers used).
3. Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
4. Excel and PowerPoint: Create and edit spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Communication: Handle customer calls, respond to emails, and engage in internal communication with team members.
Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written.
3. Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry and record-keeping.
4. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
5. Customer Service Skills: Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
