Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of information entered.
  • Review and correct data errors or inconsistencies.
  • Organize and store documents, records, and data files securely.
  • Generate reports, summaries, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in data entry or related clerical work.
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 35–40 words per minute) with high accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
