Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry Executive SAP

Department:

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to accurately input, update, and maintain data in the SAP system. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately in SAP modules ( FI,or others as applicable).
Verify and cross-check data for errors or discrepancies before final submission.
Maintain electronic and physical records of documents as per company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify necessary information.
Generate reports and extract data from SAP as required.
Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards.
Support audits by providing relevant data and documentation from SAP.
Escalate data-related issues or inconsistencies to the concerned supervisor.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
Basic knowledge of SAP modules and transaction codes.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills and team collaboration.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Commerce, Computer Science, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in data entry (preferably in SAP environment).
SAP training or certification will be an added advantage.
