Job Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure accurate and timely entry of logistics, transport, and accounting data into company systems and Google Sheets and own software for smooth operational and financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Record Keeping
Enter daily trip data, fuel records, freight invoices, LR numbers, and challans accurately.
Update transport expense sheets and driver trip summaries.
Maintain digital and physical records for all documents, including PODs and gate passes.
Accounts & Billing Support
Enter vendor and customer invoices in system or Excel/Google Sheets.
Assist in preparing freight bills, debit/credit notes, and payment summaries.
Verify and reconcile entries against supporting documents.
Operational Coordination
Coordinate with yard supervisors and branch staff for trip completion updates.
Follow up for missing or pending documentation.
Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Documentation & Filing
Maintain scanned copies and organize digital folders systematically.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before submission to management.
Confidentiality & Accuracy
Maintain strict confidentiality of company and customer data.
Ensure zero-error entry and maintain consistency in formats.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education: Graduate or 12th Pass with strong computer proficiency.
Experience: 0–3 years in logistics, transport, or data entry role .
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (data entry, formulas, filtering).
Knowledge of Google Forms, Drive, and basic accounting entries.
Soft Skills:
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,863.96 - ₹20,465.55 per month
