Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to efficiently manage, input, and maintain accurate data in our systems. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good typing speed, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and verify data in company databases or spreadsheets.
Review data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
Perform regular data backups and maintain confidentiality.
Identify and correct data entry errors.
Generate reports and summaries as required by the management.
Collaborate with other departments for smooth data flow.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role preferred.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Good communication skills.
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
