Data Entry Executive Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive Intern to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, accuracy, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently. This role requires someone who can maintain data integrity while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems
• Verify, correct, and maintain data accuracy and consistency
• Manage and organize digital files and records
• Generate basic reports from data as required by the team
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data management best practices

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Freshers or up to 6 months of experience)
• Must currently reside in Chennai
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data tools
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles will be an added advantage
