Data Entry Executive Intern

As a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive Intern at our company in Chennai, your role will involve accurately entering and updating data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems. You will be responsible for verifying, correcting, and maintaining data accuracy and consistency, as well as managing and organizing digital files and records. Additionally, you will be required to generate basic reports from data, coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of data-related tasks, and maintain confidentiality while adhering to data management best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems - Verify, correct, and maintain data accuracy and consistency - Manage and organize digital files and records - Generate basic reports from data as required by the team - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data management best practices Key Requirements: - Graduate in any discipline (Freshers or up to 6 months of experience) - Must currently reside in Chennai - Good typing speed and accuracy - Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data tools - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid setup - Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles will be an added advantage The company follows a flexible hybrid work model where you may need to work from the office as per the team requirement.
