Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Data Entry Executive to update and maintain information in our databases and systems. Your primary responsibility will be to input accurate and timely data, ensuring consistency and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits
• Review data for errors or deficiencies, correct incompatibilities
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
• Generate reports and perform basic analysis if required
• Ensure proper use of office equipment and data systems
• Respond to queries regarding entered data as needed

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Typing speed of 35–45 WPM with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Eligibility Criteria:

• 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma in any stream
• Freshers are welcome
• Prior experience/internship in data entry is a plus (not mandatory)
