Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update daily packing data in company systems with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records of raw materials, finished goods, and dispatches.
• Verify and cross-check data to ensure error-free entries.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on production, packing, and stock movement.
• Coordinate with factory supervisors and store team to collect and validate data.
• Organize and maintain digital records for easy retrieval.
• Assist in documentation work related to dispatches, invoices, and material inward/outward.
• Highlight discrepancies in stock or data and report to the concerned manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma holder (any stream).
• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email handling.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Prior experience in data entry, inventory management, or factory operations will be an added advantage.
