Data Entry Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems from various source documents Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy Identify and correct data entry errors Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner Respond to data-related queries and provide requested information promptly Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data Assist in generating reports and performing data audits as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and typing Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Skills: Fast and accurate typing (40+ WPM) Experience with data management systems or CRM software Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Strong communication skills Working Conditions: Full-time or part-time, depending on the role Office-based or remote/hybrid options available (depending on company) May involve repetitive tasks and extended periods of sitting
