You are a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Assistant, responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining a wide range of data for the organization. Your primary duty is to ensure all data-related tasks are efficiently and punctually completed. Administrative Support: - Assist with general administrative tasks like scheduling, filing, and email correspondence. - Help prepare reports, documents, and presentations using entered data. - Provide timely responses to data or report-related queries. Communication and Teamwork: - Collaborate with team members, managers, and other departments to ensure data accuracy. - Follow up on data-related issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. - Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors for smooth workflow. Confidentiality and Data Security: - Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive data. - Uphold company protocols for data security and privacy. Qualifications: - Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent. - Experience: No prior experience required, but experience in data entry or administrative roles is beneficial. - Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently are essential. Working Environment: This is a full-time, in-office role in a dynamic and collaborative environment that supports growth.
