Are you detail-oriented, organized, and fast with a keyboard? We’re looking for a meticulous Data Entry Assistant to support our team in managing and maintaining accurate data records.

Key Responsibilities:

Input and update data into spreadsheets, databases, or internal systems

Verify data accuracy and correct errors promptly

Organize digital files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Perform routine quality checks and flag inconsistencies

Assist with report generation and documentation tasks

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth data workflow

Requirements:

Based in Singapore with valid work authorization

Excellent typing speed and attention to detail

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic data tools

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Good communication and time management skills

Prior experience in data entry, admin, or clerical roles is a plus (but not required)

Bonus Points:

Experience with CRM systems or databases (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable, HubSpot)

Basic knowledge of data privacy best practices

Strong English or multilingual skills (if handling regional data)
