Job Summary:

We are looking for a competent EDP Operator who exhibits meticulous attention to detail and is proficient in managing electronic data. The candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining the integrity of our database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed, using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data programs.
• Conduct regular mail communications, ensuring clarity.
• Operate office equipment such as scanners, and printers with proficiency.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation to maintain professional document standards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company records and information.
• Engage in basic English communication with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; further education, computer training, or relevant certification is a significant plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and experience with database systems and administrative procedures.
• Experience using a variety of office equipment, including fax machines and scanners.
• Strong typing speed with an emphasis on accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high data quality standards.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Basic English communication skills for effective written and verbal exchanges.
