Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Data Enhancement and Validation Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing data quality, validating company and contact information, and categorizing products using cutting-edge AI models. You'll also contribute to creating insightful research reports and dashboards for our clients. Our company is dedicated towards automation and AI-driven process optimization, making this an exciting opportunity to grow and innovate.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Quality Enrichment:

• Leverage Excel and rule engines to enrich data.
• Conduct secondary market research to complete missing data entries.
• Develop comprehensive research reports and dashboards for clients.
• Company and Contact Validation:
• Update and validate company and contact information based on client requests.
• Utilize various platforms to provide accurate data within the specified TAT (Turnaround Time).

Product Categorization:

• Map products to HSN codes and categories to train AI models.
• Validate and refine categorizations through market research and expertise.

Data Cleaning and Formatting:

• Use Excel, Google Refine, VBA, and other tools to clean and format data.
• Ensure data is machine-readable and ready for further processing.

Automation and AI Integration:

• Participate in automating data enrichment and validation processes.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of AI models for process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and other data management tools.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Experience with AI models and rule engines is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HSN codes and product categorization.
• Familiarity with secondary market research techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in process automation and AI integration.
