Job Scope:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Solutioning

Partner with financial institutions to understand business goals and data needs
Define solution architectures and roadmaps aligned with regulatory standards
Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and technology leaders

Delivery Leadership

Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-grade data platforms and pipelines
Ensure delivery excellence across quality, timelines, and cost
Implement best practices in data governance, observability, and compliance

Practice & Capability Building

Build and scale a high-performing data engineering team
Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and delivery playbooks
Infuse emerging technologies (cloud-native, data mesh, GenAI) into offerings

Team & People Leadership

Recruit, mentor, and grow top talent in data engineering
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer centricity
Build succession plans and develop future leaders

Skills & Experience Required:

15+ years in data/software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles
Proven experience in financial services, payments, or banking domains
Expertise in cloud and big data ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure, Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, etc.)
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (PCI, GDPR, RBI, etc.)
