Data Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to help drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
  
• Analyze trends, patterns, and insights to support business goals.
  
• Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  
• Create data visualizations that communicate complex insights clearly.
  
• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  
• Develop SQL queries and scripts for data extraction and transformation.
  
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify correlations and opportunities.
  
• Maintain data accuracy, quality, and documentation.
  
• Support predictive modeling and advanced analytics when required.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  
• Strong proficiency in

  SQL

  (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools:
  

• Power BI, Tableau, Looker

  , or similar.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
  
• Familiarity with programming languages like

  Python or R

  for analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and data modeling.
  
• Understanding of data cleaning, wrangling, and analysis techniques.
  
• Ability to translate data insights into understandable business recommendations.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  
• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) optional.
  
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing.
  
• Knowledge of predictive analytics or machine learning basics.
  
• Experience in A/B testing, cohort analysis, or segmentation.
