7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT development.
At least 1 years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience is mandatory.

Fabric Data Factory (Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2)
Experience migrating workloads from SSIS / ADF / SQL Server to Fabric
Event-driven / Near Real-Time Processing (e.g., Event Hub patterns)
Build scalable batch and incremental pipelines
Hands-on with Fabric Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, ADF, SSIS
Strong SQL/stored procedure based transformations
Convert legacy Java batches, SSIS jobs, and file-based processes into Fabric-native solutions
Fact / Dimension modeling, Star / Snowflake schemas
SCD Type 1 & 2, surrogate keys
Practical knowledge of Kimball / EDW concepts
Strong T-SQL, query tuning, indexing, execution plan analysis
Experience working with large datasets (TB-scale)
OneLake / ADLS concepts
Delta / Parquet handling for structured and semi-structured data
Watermarking, change tracking / CDC patterns
Delta load strategies for transactional datasets
Validation rules, reconciliation checks, PII handling
Work with Microsoft Purview for lineage, cataloging, and access controls
