Job Description

Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources

Carrying out preprocessing of structured and unstructured data

Processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis

Analyzing large amounts of information to find patterns and solutions

Creating and modifying dashboards, reports, and queries

Technical Skills:

Programming Skills Very good experience of programming languages like Python, and database query languages like SQL, Hive, Spark is desirable. Familiarity with Scala, Java, or C++ is an added advantage.

Data Wrangling proficiency in handling imperfections in data.

Experience with Data Visualization Tools like Domo, Tableau, Power BI etc. that help to visually encode data

Experience with Databricks or Snowflake will be desirable

Excellent Communication Skills it is incredibly important to describe findings to a technical and non-technical audience.

Hands-on experience with data science tools

Problem-solving aptitude

Analytical mind and great business sense

Knowledge & exposure to Cloud technologies/environment

Qualification & experience:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field is preferred

At least 3-5 years of Experience as Data Analyst.
