• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
• Strong programming experience in Python, PySpark and databricks for big data processing.
• Solid experience in SQL writing.
• Proven experience working on AWS services such as S3, EMR.
• Proficient in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for data infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of data lake and data warehouse architecture.
• Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets.
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with Terraform / CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with Docker or containerized data processing.
• Exposure to Airflow, or other orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy practices (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
