With over 8 years in the field, the ideal candidate has a strong background in statistical modelling, machine learning, and business problem-solving. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive decision-making and improve performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition through model deployment and monitoring. Develop and implement advanced machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches. Translate complex business challenges into data science problems and communicate insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, product managers, and domain experts to build robust data pipelines and models. Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership within the team. Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering using large, complex datasets. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and interpretability. Stay current with the latest research, tools, and best practices in data science and machine learning. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning. Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL & Market Analytics. Experience with AWS cloud platform.
