Job Description:

• Designing and developing automated systems and processes
• Collaborating with other departments to identify automation requirements and solutions
• Implementing industry best practices for automation
• Conducting regular system performance assessments
• Writing and updating documentation for automation processes
• Training staff on the use and benefits of automation systems
• Performing cost-benefit analyses to support automation investments
• Continuously researching and integrating new automation technologies
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred candidate profile

• Exp: 2 to 5 years
• Experience with automation tools and software
• Qualification: B.E/B.tech in IT/CS/CSE or a similar related field
• Experience: 3 to 5 Years of experience in automation or associated roles
• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate Suite, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate Desktop, and Copilot.
• Apply knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, and related technologies to improve processes and derive actionable insights.
• Knowledge of data analytics and engineering, data modelling, process and workflow automation.
• Data and Analytics: Ability to generate, analyse, and act on insights from data. Familiarity with analytics tools such as DAX, SQL, Power Query, Python, KQL, VBA.
• Design, implement, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster) and distributed processing frameworks (Spark, Flink).
• Familiarity with data warehouse design and performance tuning on Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Working knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization, and data APIs.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio, plus advanced Excel/Google-Sheets models and pivot tables.
• Automation & Scripting: Design or repair workflows in Zapier/Make.com/Power Automate; write VBA or simple Python/SQL scripts to eliminate repetitive tasks and streamline data refreshes.
• KPI Tracking & Insight Generation: Monitor performance metrics (finance, sales, marketing, operations), investigate anomalies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
