Data & Content Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify missing content on the platform (courses, career paths, colleges, skills etc.)
• Collect, validate, and upload structured data into the backend dashboard
• Ensure accuracy, relevance, and completeness of all academic data
• Maintain standardized taxonomy for:
• Course categories
• Job roles & industries
• Skills & qualifications
• Admission criteria & eligibility
• Keep information updated based on latest industry trends and government norms
• Work closely with product team to improve content coverage & data quality
• Perform data audits and maintain version control of updates
• Benchmark from trusted sources — UGC, AICTE, top universities, credible career sites
• Ensure consistency in tone, formatting and metadata guidelines

Required Skills

• Strong research skills (ability to find and verify reliable academic/career data)
• Good understanding of Indian education systems (schools, colleges, entrance exams)
• Experience with Google Sheets / Excel for data organization
• Basic ability to work with CMS, backend dashboards or spreadsheets
• Attention to detail and ownership of data quality
• Ability to work under timelines and collaborate with product teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Data, Arts, Commerce, Science or related fields
• Experience in Ed-Tech industry (Career guidance / Course cataloging) is a bonus
• Knowledge of SEO and structured content is a plus
