Data Center Site Manager

As an Infrastructure Senior Manager at the Mumbai Datacenter Site, you will be responsible for driving Datacenter Site Operations, overseeing the Build-out of technology infrastructure, maintaining high service standards, and driving efficiencies for the India Business. You will manage a team of Datacenter professionals to ensure seamless 24*7 operations. Key Responsibilities: - Head a team responsible for physical provisioning of system and network implementations such as rack, stack, structured cabling, and server network. - Implement advanced technologies like Core Network in spine-leaf architecture, Private cloud services, Converged Infrastructure, Software defined storage, Storage Area Network, Advanced archiving, and backup tools, Application containers. - Ensure timely and quality delivery of site functions including Client Delivery, Infrastructure Build-outs, Change Implementations, Technical Incidents, Risk Management, Access Management, Asset Management, and Site & Supplier Governance. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role with people management experience. - Experience in Financial Services or large complex/global environment preferred. - Relevant Datacenter Site Operations experience with skills in Datacenter build and Infrastructure solutioning/integration. - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience. - Effective written and verbal communication skills, analytic/diagnostic skills. - Ability to develop projects for metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking, and best practices. - Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.,
