Job Description

Timings: 5 AM 2 PM IST

Work Mode: Remote

Hire Mode: Contractual

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Ability to work across multiple business units and build strong relationships
Understand key business metrics and operational priorities
Conduct workshops to deep dive into business priorities and required data needs
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
Develop detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Map business metrics to Critical Data Elements (CDEs)
Strong understanding of business processes and data flow
Data Domain & Metadata Understanding
Familiarity with major data domains (Customer, Product, Finance, etc)
Ability to identify and define CDEs within each domain
Solid understanding of metadata management and data lineage
Source System Analysis
Identify and document source systems for each CDE
Strong understanding of data architecture and integration points
Prioritisation & Effort Estimation
Experience with T-shirt sizing or similar frameworks
Ability to assess business criticality vs implementation effort
Data Governance & Ownership Enablement
Knowledge of data ownership models and stewardship roles
Support onboarding of data owners and stewards
Familiarity with operationalising governance processes
