end-to-end data migration solutions

Working closely with the solution architects defining the business transformation, you will need to assist customers in developing data migration strategies to support their programs, and then execute on that strategy to deliver against the stated quality objectives.
The Inoapps data migration practice is investing heavily in the use of automation technologies and tool kits to assist in the data migration journey, and you will be heavily involved in the adoption of those toolkits. However, the role will also require you to have an excellent understanding of the challenges of data migrationworkstreams in an Oracle environment such that you will be able to provide strong leadership to the migration delivery team.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in data migrations of Oracle ERP/HCM Implementations and upgrades.

• 3+ years of experience

• PL/SQL, SQL, and ETL processes

• Should have strong leadership and team management skills with abilities to motivate and guide a team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

• Utilization of Oracle Cloud tools

  such as FBDI, HDL, APIs and other Cloud-based ETL solutions for efficient data transfer.

• Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  This includes regular updates to stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identifying and mitigating potential risks
