Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Arch & Governance Assoc Principal to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture and governance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement data architectures that meet business requirements and ensure data quality.
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs and develop solutions.
Analyze and resolve complex data-related issues using advanced analytics techniques.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on data management best practices.
Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate controls and measures.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and practices.
Experience with data governance frameworks and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
