Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately annotate and label data (text, image, video, or audio) according to project guidelines.
• Review and validate existing annotations for consistency and quality.
• Work with data scientists and engineers to understand annotation requirements and feedback.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across annotation tasks.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality goals.
• Report issues and suggest improvements in annotation tools and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and use of annotation tools or platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Good communication and comprehension skills, especially in English (additional languages may be a plus depending on the data type).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience working on data annotation or similar roles is preferred but not required.
