As a Task Execution Associate at apna.co, you will be responsible for performing simple activities on various computer applications such as MS Word, Google Sheets, PDF tools, and email. Your primary role will involve following step-by-step instructions to complete tasks on different software tools, contributing to the creation of training data for technology and AI teams. Your key responsibilities will include opening and utilizing common computer applications, following clear instructions to complete tasks like document creation, email composition, text formatting, and meeting scheduling. It will also be essential for you to accurately record each step taken in a given task using a provided format or template. You will work on tasks using different devices across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms while adhering to timelines and quality guidelines set by the team lead. To excel in this role, you should possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and browsers, along with proficiency in using a computer and typing in English. Your ability to carefully read and follow instructions, coupled with attention to detail and a willingness to learn, will be crucial. Effective communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and prior experience in data entry, back office, or administrative tasks will be advantageous.
