Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Annotator with hands-on experience in Video, Image, Text, and Speech data labeling to support our AI and machine learning projects. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for improving AI model performance through precise and consistent annotation.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately label and annotate data across multiple modalities — video, image, text, and speech.

Identify and classify objects, events, and speech patterns in datasets.

Work closely with ML engineers and project managers to meet annotation quality benchmarks.

Use annotation tools such as Labelbox, CVAT, Supervisely, VGG, Audacity, or similar platforms.

Validate and review datasets for quality control and consistency.

Maintain proper documentation of annotation processes and data structures.

Collaborate with AI/ML teams to refine guidelines and improve dataset accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data annotation or labeling.

Experience with at least one annotation domain: Video / Image / Text / Speech.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex annotation guidelines.

Basic understanding of AI and machine learning workflows.

Proficiency in English (reading and comprehension).

Knowledge of annotation tools such as LabelImg, CVAT, Doccano, or similar.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Python or data handling tools for automation.

Experience working with large datasets or AI training projects.

Exposure to speech recognition or natural language processing (NLP) annotation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
