Data and Analytics Engineering Lead

As a Data and Analytics Engineering Lead at our fast-growing product-based organization in Pune, your role will involve developing a comprehensive technical plan for migration, focusing on data ingestion, transformation, storage, and access control in Azure's Data Factory and data lake. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a detailed technical plan for migration, encompassing data ingestion, transformation, storage, and access control in Azure's Data Factory and data lake. - Lead enterprise-scale implementations of Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or VMware Workspace ONE for endpoint and MDM architecture. - Ensure modern device management, identity federation, and endpoint security best practices are implemented effectively. - Influence senior stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with business goals. - Manage hybrid and remote workforce device strategies at scale. - Familiarity with ITIL and Agile delivery frameworks. - Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOX) and their implications on device management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a strategic or managerial role in endpoint and MDM architecture. - Proven experience in leading enterprise-scale implementations of Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or VMware Workspace ONE. - Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Architect Expert, JAMF Certified Expert, CISSP, or TOGAF. - Experience in managing hybrid and remote workforce device strategies at scale. - Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and their relation to device management.
