Data Analytics Trainer

The Data Analytics Mentor plays a crucial role in developing and nurturing the data analytics skills of team members at WsCube Tech. You will provide guidance, support, and expertise to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization. In your role, you will offer one-on-one mentorship and coaching to team members, aiding in the development of their data analytics skills and knowledge. You will guide them through the entire data analytics lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to analysis and visualization. Providing constructive feedback and support will be essential to help team members overcome challenges and enhance their performance. Identifying training needs and creating customized learning plans will be part of your responsibilities. Conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations on various data analytics topics like data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning is crucial. Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and sharing knowledge with the team is also expected. Encouraging collaboration and open communication to foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team is important. Organizing knowledge-sharing sessions, webinars, or hackathons to promote learning and innovation will be part of your duties. Additionally, contributing to the development of data analytics resources such as documentation, tutorials, or best practices is essential. In terms of qualifications, you should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or data analytics. A strong understanding of data analytics concepts, tools, and techniques including SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), and data visualization libraries is required. Experience in mentoring or coaching others, preferably in a technical or data-related field, is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Additional skills that would be preferred include experience with cloud platforms and data warehousing tools, knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications, familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and certification in data analytics or a related field. Passion for data analytics and a desire to help others succeed are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.,
