Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics professional who has a strong foundation in data analytics, experience working with large datasets, and expertise in analyzing operational performance and business metrics. Desire Skills & Experience Any Graduate/ Post-Graduate who holds experience into data analytics domain. 6+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a BPM, or voice process environment. Proven experience in analyzing operational metrics. Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL , Excel . Experience with scientific analytics tools like Python , R , or SAS for statistical analysis and model development. Competent with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI . Knowledge of statistical techniques, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, clustering, and machine learning. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
