Data Analytics Expert

You will be joining our team in Noida as a highly analytical and detail-oriented data analytics expert. Your main responsibilities will include designing, writing, and optimizing complex SQL queries, functions, and procedures using PostgreSQL, as well as analyzing large datasets to extract insights for business decision-making. Additionally, you will be developing, maintaining, and publishing dynamic and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Your role will involve collaborating with both business and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytics solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization of analytical queries. It will also be part of your job to create documentation for data models, processes, and reports. To excel in this role, you should have strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including advanced querying, indexing, procedures, and performance tuning. Proficiency in writing complex SQL for large and relational datasets is crucial. Expertise in Power BI, particularly in data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices, is also required. The ability to translate business needs into data insights, along with a good understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines, will be beneficial. While experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is preferred, it is not mandatory. Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as is experience in integrating data from multiple sources.,
