Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile professional to oversee research activities, analyze data, and support customers through chat interactions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, and excellent written communication to gather insights and aid business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and customer research using surveys and online tools.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to produce actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes through research and data insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask across research, data analysis, and chat support.
• Prior experience in research, analytics, or customer support is preferred.

*Preference: Experience in chat process*.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
