Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from various internal and external sources.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Identify automation opportunities in reporting, operations, and data workflows.
• Build and maintain automated scripts using

• Create data visualizations and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
• Develop and maintain

  web scraping pipelines

  for data extraction from websites and APIs.
• Create

  email automation workflows

  for report distribution or notifications.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems and processes.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) for automation, insights, and report optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science & IT.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical/automation role.
• Strong

  SQL

  skills for data extraction, transformation, automation, and reporting.
• Strong

  Python

  skills (Pandas, NumPy, automation scripts, web scraping, APIs).
• Hands-on experience with

  web scraping

  (Beautiful Soup, Selenium, Scrapy, etc.).
• Advanced

  Excel skills

  formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, pivot tables, VBA/macros.
• Strong

  PowerPoint

  (PPT) skills for creating data-driven presentations and visual storytelling.
• Experience with

  email automation

  (SMTP, Outlook automation, Python automation).
• Solid understanding of data quality checks, data governance, and process automation.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English speaker.

Shift Timings & Location

• Comfortable working in night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Indian time IST (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST), Monday to Friday, from the Gurgaon office.
• Flexible shift timing, shift timing may change to meet the deadlines or to resolve the urgencies (may need to come in over the weekend if needed).
• Relocation within 10 km radius.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling large datasets or working in big data environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation, analysis, and reporting enhancements.
