Data Analyst with MDM

Role & responsibilities

Role 1: Data Operations Analyst

Accountabilities

• Leads and supports corrective actions for data maintenance/cleaning.
• Manages Master Data, challenges the consistency and compliance to corresponding data management and business processes.
• Handling the data updated and data analysis on Salesforce
• Monitor Master Data proactively and identify and address Data Quality issues.
• Drives continuous improvement regarding Master Data Management Processes, Tools and Rules by aligning processes and business requirements.
• Perform resolution activities including manual if needed in the defined system (EBX/Salesforce) and other tools and conduct Data Health checks for specific profile/accounts related issues, such as non-matches, close matches and other exceptions.
• Builds complex queries and reports for Data Management tasks using the appropriate tools.
• Comply with all internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes

Capabilities & Expertise:

• Exp: 4-5 years
• Pharmaceutical industry domain knowledge Good to have
• Hands on experience on SQL and ability to write complex queries
• Knowledge on any MDM tool, Salesforce, SQL, Excel
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently
• Learning agility

Capabilities & Expertise:
1) Learning agility 2) Exp: 4-5 years 3) Hands on experience on SQL and ability to write complex queries 4) Knowledge on MDM tool, Salesforce, SQL 4) Exposure to tools like TIBCO, Informatica MDM or any other tool or inhouse solution is preferred 5) Ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently 6) Business understanding of pharmaceutical industry and data standards. Domain experience in at least one of the following areas a) Pharma R&D, b) Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain and c) Marketing and Sales. Experience in working in Pharma / Life Science industry and US healthcare data is strongly preferred. 7) Should have familiarity with the data and the business processes related to MDM solution
