About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and modules.
Customize ServiceNow applications using workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and more.
Build and maintain web portals using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular for both internal and external users.
Contribute to continuous improvement by automating and enhancing existing processes.
Monitor platform health, usage, and ensure compliance across modules.
Provide end-user support and resolve ServiceNow-related issues efficiently.
Participate in troubleshooting during development, testing, and production phases.

Technical Expertise:

Proven experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
Proficient in managing ServiceNow objects such as Tables, Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes, etc.
Experience with version upgrades, patch deployments, and system validations.
Ability to move changes across environments (Dev, Test, Prod) using Update Sets.
Strong understanding of integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
Capable of building custom dashboards and standalone tools for ITSM and PM workflows.
Ability to create and deliver end-user training.
